Dirt

The pups are t allowed in the garden. This weekend as we tilled it up, Amos snuck in, wanting to be close enough to me. He’s my shadow when given the chance. He loved the cool dirt. I didn’t mind for a few minutes while i tucked garlic cloves in for winter.

One of the best things about farm life is the joy of dirt, the loyalty of farm dogs, plenty of fresh air, and good things that grow.
