Summer Heat

August has been hot! Trying to stay cool involves wind and water; like a ride on the ATV for the grandkids or a waterski afternoon!

Our guarder pup seems envious of the duck pool and he overcame his dislike of car rides for the sake of a trip to the creek.

The garden is doing its best to keep rolling and we are all enjoying the cantaloupe harvest to offer a bit of chilled sweet after an afternoon resting in the fridge.
