Catch up
We are saying goodbye to April already and I can hardly believe it. Each week I see the changes, the grass is green, the trees have leafed out, and it’s planting time at the farm.
We didn’t find morel mushrooms when the dogwoods bloomed but that was probably due to clueless hunters! It was fun to hike the woods anyway especially when the kids and friends were here.
Millie liked the farm and her buddy Botto. If only we humans had their energy and stamina! They ran for hours on end.
We will see how the garden grows and I’m sure that while it seems tiny today as I just planted, before long we will have okra and peppers galore. I’ll try to do a better job of keeping y’all posted on our progress.
