Signs of Spring

The weather has been warm, and we took the chance to walk the pasture and check some fence lines with family yesterday. The sunshine felt great although discovering the first tick bite of the season did not! We are hoping our chickens will eat their fair share but that won’t help much when we are deep in the woods.

The kids loved the adventure of a twilight walk and I loved have a table full to feed for dinner. Roll on Spring when the frogs chorus from the pond and the greens of tge forest start to pop!
